Pyramid Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team.
The Production Assistant develops schedules for particular projects being performed by the company.
This person will not work on the labor end of construction, but assists in the planning of the project.
Additional responsibilities of the Construction Production Assistant:
Communicates with clients regularly Responds to inquiries and answering questions Manages documents such as subcontractor requisitions, vendor invoices, and project activities.
Much of the work is performed inside our office but occasionally would meet with clients Ongoing communication with Project Managers and the Production Team On site visits with Project Managers to determine estimate and damage of affected areas of the roof Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted Access and mobility in tight spaces Working at Heights - over 5 feet often Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling Meeting with subcontractors Approve jobs and schedule crews Acquire permits and schedule inspections Customer care
Qualifications:
Potential to move into a full-time, permanent role Excellent Computer Skills Excellent Organizational Skills Ability to work well with people Valid Drivers License Ability to pass a driving insurance background check Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience in the construction/roofing/insurance industries preferred The ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great Attitude and high level of energy (negative attitudes need not apply!) Work a flexible schedule Educated in CRM systems and Excel Bilingual is a big plus We look forward to hearing from you! Job Type:
