Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and ordering supplies - Provide administrative support to staff members - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion -Permitting and Bonds with Cities and counties -Purchase Order tracking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar role preferred -Office Suite knowledge is a MUST - Proficient in computerized systems and data entry - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality -Bilingual preferred Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
