50 an hour 22 hours ago 22 hours ago 22 hours ago We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technicians for our beautiful apartment community, The Fairways at Grand Summit in Grandview, MO! In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community.
You will have the benefit of living on-site (with a HUGE savings on rent), saving time and gas every day! We will pay more with year(s) of experience in the maintenance field, especially property maintenance.
