Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
- Conduct market research to gather information on properties and neighborhoods.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Skills:
