Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team.
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
This includes performing various landscaping, mowing, trimming and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and well-kept grounds environment.
Duties:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding - Maintain and irrigate lawns, flower beds, and other outdoor areas - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks - Assist with planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers - Clean sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas - Remove trash and debris from grounds - Monitor and report any issues or damage to equipment or property - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping, mowing or landscaping required - Must have valid driver license - Ability to operate commercial mowers, power tools and hand tools effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
